One fine September day,
teachers from 7 different countries agreed to enable their pupils to meet peers from other countries to explore, create, collaborate and exchange their work.
But, before that, they made a project plan, introduced Internet safety rules to their pupils and prepared some ice breaking activities..
In this page there are the aims and the expected results of the project, as well as the the plan with the activities and the deadlines.
Aims:
- to follow simple instructions in foreign language
- to engage hands and mind
- to work on developing childrens´ concentration and eye-to-hand coordination
- to develop childrens´ creativity and imagination
- to motivate children to actively take part in learning foreign language
- to develop cooperation, childrens´ social skills
- to form transnational teams
- to meet their peers from other countries and learn about them
- to evaluate peer work
- to recycle
- to use different materials in art
- to develop entrepreneurial skills
Expected results:
- to improve students´ motivation for foreign language learning
- to trigger creativity
- to improve students´ concentration and fine motoric skills
- to improve their language skills (listening, writing, speaking)
- to use ICT skills
- to develop new friendships and social skills
- to develop peer assessment
- to adopt ways of recycling
- to create and appreciate Art
